The Oneness Blessing is basically a process of transferring divine grace through the Oneness Blessing giver who becomes an open vessel. This  brings about a shift in human consciousness. The Oneness Blessing offers people an opportunity to release limitations that prevent them from living meaningful lives. Amma and Bhagavan, the founders of the Oneness University, maintain that the brain is the center of all experience that we have in our life. Depending on how the brain centers are activated or deactivated is the quality of your experience of life.
